Advice from the master
From today’s Scripture: “Behold, your reward will be great in heaven. For their ancestors treated the prophets in the same way.”—Lk 6:23
In the Gospel today, Jesus instructs his disciples with the four beatitudes and four woes. He reminds us that sometimes as his disciples, we will be treated poorly but our reward will be great in Heaven.
Let us pray: Dear creator of all, thank you for your son Jesus and his guidance in our everyday life.
