Jesus answers every prayer
From today’s Scripture: “Lord, in your great love, answer me.” –Ps 69:17
My daughter has a children’s book called Jesus answers every prayer. It’s a great reminder for me that the Lord does answer our every prayer. It may not be an answer that we like: “Sometimes he says yes. Sometimes he says no. Sometimes he says stay. Sometimes he says go.” And it may not be in a way that we would expect—”through a parent, teacher or a friend.” But nonetheless, he always hears us, and he always answers.
Let us pray: Lord, help me today to share with you what’s on my heart and let me be open to hearing your reply.
