God loves us.
From today’s Scripture: “‘O God, be merciful to me a sinner.’”—Lk 18:13
Sin is heavy. It weighs down our hearts, can create torn-relationships and cause us to fall away from God. But, even in our darkest days, during the moments we fail to be kind and gracious Christians, God still loves us. He’s waiting for us to ask for forgiveness and in turn, will fill our hearts with mercy and love.
Let us pray: God, you bless us with your mercy. Thank you for forgiving me of my sins and failures. You redeem me!
