Third Sunday of Lent

Daily Reflection

Third Sunday of Lent

Freedom

From today’s Scripture: “Therefore I have come down to rescue them from the hands of the Egyptians and lead them out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey.”—Ex 3:8

Isn’t that verse so beautiful? Suffering is hard. Each of us has suffered at some time and maybe it has made your heart hard. But call out to God, who rescues you and brings you freedom from the suffering! He will open your eyes to see the goodness that surrounds you. God loves us so much that he wants to give us the best that life has to offer, if we only open our hearts and minds to Him.

Let us pray: God, I long for your help and guidance. Deliver me from my daily trials. Remind me to lean on you during my difficult times and to  give you praise always.
